Paloma, like our Sara and Chispa, comes from the same hunter. A very old Ibicenco who took his dogs hunting, but that was it. They had no microchip, had never been vaccinated or even seen a vet. He also lives in a residential area where the neighbors complained about the dogs barking. For this reason, he tied metal loops around their noses so that they couldn't bark. Paloma has scars on her nose because of this.
Our vet thinks Paloma is about 8-9 years old. She is now always happy, open-minded, likes to be stroked and cuddled and is enjoying her new life. She has a strong hunting instinct, and no rabbit that darts past escapes her. Otherwise, she already walks well on a leash. Paloma is currently very thin, but all blood tests are fine.
Paloma is looking for a soft basket and people who will take nice walks with her.
